how do u clear your head, get rid of stress and just sleep
l took a shower and my head was all clear l was nice adn calm and ready for
sleep then my mom had to come in my room and turn the light on l was
like what r u doing im tryingto sleep its10:30 and shes like well gabby
needs her pajamas and its not 1030 l check my phone like oh sorry its
10:29 and then she was in out of my room l asked her to stop and she
started screaming at me im so up set she said some really really mean things to me and made me cry im so mad at her and l still love her and l hate it sooo muchh im 16 if it makes a difference
i have difficulty sleeping too.
especially after being woken up.
i like to drive when im stressed..
Before you go to bed, you could just do some yoga stretches and
relax. Listen to a peaceful song and you will fall asleep in no time.
Listen to a soothing song.
Meditate.
Cry.
Write.
Pray.
Cry your heart out. that helps

the way i eat the way i walk the way i dress the way i talk. You name it

That is is really sad! You poor thing I have a friend whose mum
does that same things but 10 times worse!
Because you are 16 you should not be going through that!!! Is it a regular
occurrence? If it does not happen all the time then,
You can buy karvol, it is made for baby is to help them sleep or you can
get kalms herbal which help promote a healthy sleep! It is hard to sleep
when you are worked up, I know! Try laying with ur eyes closed taking deep breathes, in through the nose out through the mouth eventually you become slightly restless from all the emotions & just being tierd!! I hope you feel better!
make tea (no sugar) hot milk or.something else warm. idk.
turn off the lights slightly, just enough so you can see.
read a book and drink your tea/milk/whatever while sitting in bed
when you get really sleepy, turn off the lights all the way and sleep.
it helps because you are relaxed and your mind is on the book, not your
life. do NOT listen to music, it always distracts me and keeps me up. it is not relaxing.
listen to your favorite music. (if it is loud then gradually
transition to softer music) then read, doodle, watch a funny video on
youtube, get some tea/water, think about something happy, dream, etc..
just relax.
listen to a peaceful song, deep breather, forget everything and
just relax
