how do u clear your head, get rid of stress and just sleep

Before you go to bed, you could just do some yoga stretches and  
baby seal
relax. Listen to a peaceful song and you will fall asleep in no time.

get kalms herbal which help promote a healthy sleep! It is hard to sleep  
when you are worked up, I know! Try laying with ur eyes closed taking deep  
breathes, in through the nose out through the mouth eventually you become  
slightly restless from all the emotions & just being tierd!!

it helps because you are relaxed and your mind is on the book, not your  
life.  
do NOT listen to music, it always distracts me and keeps me up. it is not
